Three things you can do here

Check my registration status

Confirm if your household is on the register and what stage it has reached.

DAT read-only · Release 1

Needs your reference code and the phone number recorded at capture. We send a one-time code to that phone. A NIN alone is never accepted (§7.1).

Check status

Lodge a grievance

Report a wrong record, an exclusion, or a complaint. Track it with a reference code.

GRM · Release 1

No CAPTCHA stands between a citizen and a complaint (§7.2).

Lodge or track

Request registry data

Government agencies, programmes and researchers can request data under a signed agreement.

API-DRS · Release 1

Aggregates are public. Row-level data needs a Data Sharing Agreement and DPO approval.
